Our analytical instruments client (global organisation) is seeking a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales and achieve agreed financial targets within the territory •Take responsibility for the sales and customers within the territory •Travel throughout the territory to call on established and prospective customers •Demonstrate products to customers when required •Follow up sales opportunities and ensure quotations are sent promptly •Identify new business opportunities and take appropriate action •Create and follow up new enquires promptly and efficiently •Maintain good customer relationships, providing regular contact and identifying and meeting customer requirements •Project a professional & competent image of our company & its products at all times
Essential Skills and Experience: •A degree or equivalent in a science related field (preferred) •Equivalent experience in a related field will be considered •Experienced in B2B sales experience (preferred) •Experience in analytical instrumentation sales is essential •Willingness to travel and be out meeting customers up to 4 days a week •Strong communication and negotiation skills •Confident on the phone coupled with good computer skills •Ability to identify business opportunities for our products •Marketing knowledge and experience (preferred) •Completer/finisher with a strong say/do ratio •Strong business and analytical skills •Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool (preferred) •Strong English language skills essential
