What will you be doing?

You will be making quality calls to deliver the sales portfolio by utilising your vibrant personality, you will develop and maintain quality relationships with prospective customers. Enabling you to qualify and manage a contact strategy for your prospects.

You will be assisted by our advanced web tool to enable you to follow up on exciting warm leads and to maintain your own database of customers via our CRM and research to identify unique opportunities.

We will support and train you with your management full sales process from start to finish alongside overcoming objections/ finding solutions to complete sales and speak to decision makers

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a telesales or tele appointment role is desired but not essential.

  • You will possess satisfactory verbal and written communication skills, together with the ability to work at pace whilst remaining detail focused.
  • This role requires you to be hungry to succeed, with the ability to also work within a small team. Your success will be rewarded with an uncapped commission scheme, as well as a whole host of Veolia benefits.
  • Competent IT ability is a requirement. Knowledge of Environmental services is not essential, but would be useful.
