Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content that reflects the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.

  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Influencer/Ambassador Engagement:Management of current influencers/ambassadors and future influencer opportunities. With a clear focus on securing future Content Creators in line with our brand direction.

  • Engagement management: Responsible for overseeing, optimising, and growing engagement across all Clubhouse Golf social media platforms. Build and own the strategy to increase audience interaction, grow a community, and drive measurable results against brand awareness, loyalty, and conversion.

  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and support overall business objectives.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Golf experience or understanding of the sports industry is a must.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Meta Analytics & Social media insights).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
