Description: | What You ll Be Doing: As a Bilingual Software Account Manager/Technical Support Specialist, you will provide world-class support to our client and their customers by utilising your language skills, exceptional customer support experience and technology focused mindset. Acting as a Single Point of Contact, for UK and European customers across multiple channels, you will deliver engaging customer support to a wide spectrum of audiences including customers, internal colleagues or Dealers. You will deal with general enquiries and provide product knowledge, expertise and support in resolving all product technical issues. You will share best practice examples to support upskilling the customer in using the software product to gain operational efficiencies and/or cost benefit. You will also take the opportunity to identify customers that are a churn risk to change the customers into product advocates through your customer service delivery and outcomes. Who we want?
