Sales & Lettings Valuer - PART TIME OR FULL TIME to be based in the Newport area, working for a well established, friendly and very successful Property Agents.
The hours are flexible to suit the individual which would include school hours too! Commission, onsite parking, flexible working hours
The Role:
You will be expected to cover Monmouthshire, Abergavenny, Torfaen, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport and surrounding areas and value a varied range of properties from Buy to Let to executive homes. UK Driving Licence required
The successful candidate will ideally be well versed in social media, valuing and listing properties as well as coordinating diaries and sales chains.
The role will require social media actions, valuations, listings and conducting viewings and negotiations.
The Person
Experience in a similar role or understanding of property valuation/sales/lettings is needed along with excellent communication and people skills. A highly organised person with a good attention to detail.
