Your Role as a Packaging Developer

As a Packaging Developer, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing new packaging solutions that align with our sustainability goals and enhance product appeal. You ll collaborate across teams, bringing fresh ideas and technical expertise to ensure our packaging not only meets functional needs but also reflects our commitment to environmentally responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and optimise new and existing packaging designs.
• Customer and supplier liaison with regards to sample requests, artwork and packaging development and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and supply chain.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to introduce innovative and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
• Work closely with suppliers to source sustainable materials and assess their suitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Maintaining the company MRP bills of material for finished goods
• Participate in the £10 million investment projects, contributing to packaging innovation and efficiency.
