Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the UK and Europe
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in multiple sectors within the high-tech security industry
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth
Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to promote the company's products and services
Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, particularly selling technical products within the fire and security sector
Strong understanding of the high-tech security industry with a global perspective
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel nationwide and across Europe as needed
Proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset
Day-to-day
Meeting with potential clients to understand their security needs and present suitable solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
Analyzing sales data and market trends to adjust sales approaches and strategies
Attending industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings
Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market insights
