We're excited to announce that we're hiring a talented and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all external and internal communications seamlessly align with our strategic positioning and brand identity. We offer a role with plenty of scope for development, allowing you to grow alongside our expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
Support the marketing team with implementing and creating marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands, including email, social media, and content marketing
Manage and maintain our HubSpot platform, including creating and managing workflows, email templates, and landing pages
Analyse marketing data to track performance of platforms and ROI
Undertake market research to track market trends, competitors and customers needs to ensure our marketing is effective
Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
Own and manage our internal communications platform
Regularly update the website to help improve SEO
Organise and promote events, conferences and webinars
Management of our job board Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Supporting our D&I initiatives, including marketing for our Programme One partner
Undertake ad hoc tasks related to day-to-day business activities
Required Skills
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role
Proven experience with HubSpot or similar platform
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of ABM (Account Based Marketing) would be a bonus
