Customer Solutions Manager Manchester (HGV) Salary: £30,652 + Commission Company Car Monday to Friday We are recruiting for a Customer Solutions Manager on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle dealership in the Manchester/Trafford Park area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional individual with proven sales experience. The role focuses on promoting and selling a wide range of vehicles and associated products to a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Selling a complete range of new vehicles, including electric models.
- Promoting the company s range of services, including labour hours, contract maintenance, leasing, and financial products.
- Maximising profit on each sale while adhering to the company s sales methods and processes.
- Expanding the customer base and improving market share within a designated sales territory.
- Informing customers of all available options, including accessories, extended warranties, and other value-added products.
- Actively seeking repeat and additional sales through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and other available methods.
What We re Looking For: - Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to fully qualify customer needs.
- A solid understanding of customer legislation, regulations, trade practices, and vehicle legislation.
- Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles in a calm, safe manner.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, with an HGV licence being desirable.
