Description: | Head of Sales Enablement - Lead the Charge with a Market Leader (Fully Remote), Up to 80,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
A well-established and recognised market leader in their niche, with ambitious plans to expand into new sectors, is seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales Enablement to oversee and optimise their sales operations function. This is a fully remote role offering the flexibility of working from home, combined with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a thriving business. This is a multifaceted and highly varied role where you will lead and manage a talented team of 8 sales enablement professionals, including a Sales Trainer, Data Analyst, CRM Manager, and Commercial Excellence Manager. This role is home-based with monthly visits to the company HQ in the Midlands and meetings with senior members of the sales team.
What you'll do as the Head of Sales Enablement Drive sales effectiveness and efficiency across three distinct sales teams. Implement best practices in sales enablement, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge tools. Collaborate with board members to define and achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals. Provide the sales teams with the insights, tools, and processes they need to excel. Champion sales motion optimisation, robust sales frameworks, and compliance adherence. Drive process instrumentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Utilise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to effectively manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and identify areas for improvement in sales activity.
What you'll need to apply to the Head of Sales Enablement 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations, with a proven record of driving and improving sales performance. A Business Management degree (or equivalent). Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data. Masterful command of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. A deep understanding of the balance between driving activity and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills. Emotionally intelligent, influential, and possessing the gravitas and business acumen to inspire confidence and drive change. A champion for best practice and sales efficiency, with a passion for continuous improvement.
