MUST have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties.
Estate Agent Sales Chaser - Main Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required
Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors and mortgage lenders
Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales
Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties

Estate Agent Sales Chaser - Requirements:
Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
