About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join the commercial team. This role offers a unique opportunity for rapid career progression into a full Technical Sales Representative role. The successful candidate will engage directly with industry leaders and innovators, gaining broad exposure to commercial strategies that drive business growth. This role promises a hands-on learning experience in niche services tailored to support leading manufacturers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

      • Take full responsibility for driving sales within designated industry verticals.
      • Grow existing customer accounts and cultivate new relationships from leads generated by business development and marketing, as well as your own outreach.
      • Collaborate closely with technical specialists to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and communicate the value of their services to secure business.
      • Engage in on-the-job training to develop a strong understanding of their services, value propositions, and sales processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

      • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business discipline. (Essential)
      • Sales experience would be advantageous.
      • Ambitious, proactive self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Due to the rural location, the successful candidate will need their own transport.
      • Candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK

This role is a full-time permanent position based in the middle of Hampshire.
