Digital Account Manager

-Manchester/Hybrid

Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Manchester. They specialise in digital services across SEO, paid media, affiliates, programmatic and e-commerce. Their clients are in a variety of sectors including fashion, retail, e-commerce, sport and more.

Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to work across strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Manage several client accounts.
  • Client retention management.
  • Onboarding of new clients.
  • Engage in client calls and meetings.
  • Grow the accounts via upsells.
  • Risk management.

Skills needed for the Account Manager:

  • Full channel understanding across paid media, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, e-commerce.
  • Agency background.
  • Channel/technical expertise.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical experience.
