Axi Recruitment is working with a client in the construction industry for a Paid Ads Manager to join their established Marketing Team. The role of Paid Ads Manager will be vital in managing high-value digital advertising campaigns for our client, thus experience within Paid Media and PPC is essential.
Role:
Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise return on spend.
Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies to reach specific audiences.
Monitor and modify ad campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Create reports rgearding account health and ROI to present to the Senior Leadership Team.
Oversee and optimise shopping feeds to ensure maximum performance.
Monitor campaign performance data to provide actionable insights.
Experience:
Proven experience of digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
An understanding of advanced analytics tools and software, with the ability to generate reports.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective paid advertising strategies.
Excellent communication at all levels up to stakeholder.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
