Description: | Sales and Renewals Executive - SME Insurance Annual salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus a monthly bonus for achieving sales targets which ranges from £300-£500. What you'll be doing: In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium-sized businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way. There is no lead generation required in this role and leads will be given to you from a separate lead generation team. You will be taking mainly all inbound calls but will be required to make some outbound calls when you need to ask clients for instructions. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team. Summary of the role:
