Customer Services Executive Job, £25.5k+, Nr. Derby
Your new company A family-run, luxury retail business based near Derby, offering a bespoke service to their customers. Your new role As an online Customer Services/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with customers to convert enquiries to sales, manage sales via email, live chat and telephone, respond to customer enquiries using your knowledge of the products (training will be provided), process payments, confirm orders, provide after sales care, and coordinate sales in line with other internal departments. It will be crucial to provide excellent customer service throughout all aspects of the role. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience working in sales/customer service with high-end products (essential!)
Excellent telephone manner and written English
Strong interpersonal skills which facilitate building rapport
IT proficiency including MS Office and sales and stock systems
The ability to use your own initiative and work under pressure.
Motivation in a sales environment
What you'll get in return
£25,500 to £28,000 salary per annum depending on experience
