Business Development Manager - Waste Management

The Role of Business Development Manager

  • This is a home / field based Strategic Business Development role
  • You will be responsible for strategically managing commercial. relationships with key customers - providing total waste management solutions .
  • The Business Development Manager will target multi-site accounts spending between £50-£150K.
  • You will be tasked with building partnerships with Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers, Health & Safety and Service Managers and up to C-Level decision makers developing account plans for the short, medium and long term.
  • The Business Development Manager will look to cross-sell, up-sell other services into the business to maximise incremental growth opportunities.

The Candidate for the Business Development Manager

  • A strong new business / field sales background (contracted services / service contracts or Waste OR FM services).
  • A strategic person with experience in developing account growth plans.

The Package on offer for the Business Development Manager

  • £50,000 -£55,000
  • 20% OTE / Bonus
  • Company bonus structure
  • £500 per month car allowance or company car (hybrid)
