Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
Maximise department profitability through effective cost control and upselling opportunities.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee workshop efficiency, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and manufacturer representatives.
