Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to work for a manufacturing company based in Bedford.
The company have been manufacturing in the UK since 1980 across six sites where they create mechanical, electrical, electronic and digital solutions that improve lives by transforming the spaces where people live, work and meet.
Customer Service Assistant Job Role:
Loading customer orders onto computer system
Updating customers on order process
Taking customer enquiries over the phone and via email
Working with internal Sales Reps to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working with logistics to ensure delivery dates are met
Answering in bound calls
Ensure correct documentation has been completed including SPA, NSR, CSR, and New Item requests
Overall responsibility for updating the Sales order book.
Link up with USA team to ensure their orders are loaded
Be an escalation point for customer queries and complaints.
Raise QA/complaints and ensure customers are updated in a timely fashion.
Administration for Customer service manager
Customer Service Assistant Skills Required:
Experience working within customer service or sales within a manufacturing company is a must
Experience using SAP or similar system
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
