You Will Need to Have:

• A Strong Selling or Account Management Background: Proven experience in sales or account management, showcasing your ability to drive results and build client relationships.
• Experience in Telesales and External Sales: Demonstrated success in telesales and face-to-face sales, with a knack for closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Driven, Ambitious, and Motivated: A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Focused: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fantastic Customer Service Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and candidates alike.

Duties Will Include:

• Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients and candidates to generate new business opportunities and expand our network.
• Client Visits: Meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Registering Candidates: Screen and register candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
• Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
• Resourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Placing Adverts: Write and post compelling job adverts to attract suitable candidates for our clients.
• Networking: Attend industry events and build a robust network of contacts to support business development.
• Admin: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Headhunting: Proactively search for and approach high-caliber candidates for specific roles, using advanced recruitment techniques.
