Our client are a dynamic start-up sales agency within the education industry, that are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You will play a vital role in managing sales pipelines and strategies to ensure growth within advertising and sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Manage the sales journey and ensure accurate forecasting
Conduct market research and identify potential clients
Generate advertising plans
Ensure records are kept updated on the CRM Systems
Person Specification:
5+ years' experience within sales/business development
Good knowledge of generating and contacting new sales leads
Previous experience working in a sales agency is desirable but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for sales and business development
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive and proactive attitude
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Hours of work will be, Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5.00pm
