GPS Recruitment are lucky enough to be teamed up with a multi-award-winning company within the Automotive sector as their preferred partner for recruitment. We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and confident UK Field sales Manager to assist and lead the team which will be covered across the whole of the UK. We are ideally looking to connect with people based around the Nottingham area- this is due to being geographically centrally based. - develop, negotiate and improve sales to existing / new tyre service independents, multiple independents, retread manufacturers, fast fits, main dealer franchises, garages and major repairers.
- Input with the annual budgeting process, assisting Field Sales Team to achieve their growth targets.
- Customer and sales force coaching and training. Delivery of training and where necessary, bringing in external specialists to aid with training.
- Directly manage and support the Field Sales Team, ensuring an excellent level of service is provided, maximising sales opportunities for both products and service.
- To support the input of and participation with new products, in particular wider group products. Encourage take up from the Field Sales Team.
- Attend Management meetings, updating the wider management team on UK sales, activities, challenges and solutions.
- Compliance of company process, procedures and general requirements and instructions.
