As an Estate Agent / Valuer you will:
Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area
Book and carry out valuations across the area and surrounding
Generate and win new instructions
Register applicants and take details, matching them to relevant properties
Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors.
Data collection and input strategy information to build market knowledge
Liaise between all parties until completion of a property
You will have the following skills / experience:
Experience in the property industry
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
