Our client, a multi award winning Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their very busy and fast paced Brentwood office. Established over 20 years ago, they quickly became one of the most dynamic, successful and iconic estate agents based in Essex and Kent, operating across 12 offices.

The company are experts in local property and lifestyle, and have an exceptional approach to marketing and communication with an unparalleled dedication to honest and professional customer service.

The successful candidate must be a strong negotiator with a proven track record, excellent customer services skills, and hungry to earn and be successful. Listing experience not essential but would be a bonus, and the company can offer fast track training for valuing if needed, along with support and progression.

You must have a full UK driving licence with access to your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator include:

  • Basic 17,000 - 18,000
  • OTE 40,000 - 60,000+ DOE
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Every Saturday 9am to 3pm with a day back during the week (5 day working week)

Main responsibilities for this role of Senior Sales Negotiator include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role include:

  • Previous experience as a strong Negotiator
  • Listing experience would be a bonus but not essential
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ambitious with the drive to succeed
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
