Salary & Benefits:

  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility for permanent contract
  • £25,000 - £27,000 per annum based on experience

Main Purpose of Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for Sales Representatives.

Our ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of Customer Service Best Practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high standard of administration support to the Sales team
  • Processing orders accurately within our Business Central CRM system
  • Managing Customer Contract agreements
  • Liaising with the Distribution department to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Maintaining our CRM database to a high standard
  • Administration support for other areas of the business as and when required
  • Other ad hoc duties to support the team

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent computer skills experience of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role where accuracy is key.
  • Excellent Communication skills are essential to deal with both internal and external customers A team player but someone who can take the lead if required with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
  • Hands on experience with CRM databases is highly preferable but not essential
  • Acts with integrity and holds themselves and others accountable

Due to the location of the office and no local public transport routes, the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
