On offer is the opportunity to coach and mentor franchise owners as a the go to technical expert whilst receiving ongoing training and support from superiors. In this role you will be involved in the hands on coaching and mentoring of a group of franchise owners with the aim of enabling their success and pushing for growth. This will include sales coaching, monitoring profit and loss and doing frequent franchise visits.
