My client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. You will:
Work closely with the wider teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to active representation
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients by providing high levels of satisfaction and clear communication
Proactively contact potential clients via telephone to present the services, address enquiries, resulting in obtaining new clients
Identify new business opportunities, set and achieve sales targets, and employ effective strategies to expand the client base
Retain regular contact with clients, address any ongoing client concerns, and ensure all client communications and actions are documented accurately
Conduct informative and persuasive telephone consultations, providing clear explanations of the services provided
The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven track record of sales and hitting targets
Have strong telephone and negotiation skills
Have excellent customer relationship skills
Work well within a target driven environment
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
