As part of our ongoing growth, we need to complement our team with a highly competent and motivated member of teammate who will support the Debtor Insurance Client Management team. This role will provide a pathway to a client management role within the industry.
The Company has a highly contemporary approach to business, utilising our own business information system which is the lynch pin between our Clients, Insurers and ourselves.
The date to day:
Reporting to the Senior Client Manager you will be assisting the Debtor Insurance Client Management team in the relationship between the company and our clients.
Your prime responsibility is to provide support to our Debtor Insurance Client Management team and on occasion the Claims teams so that they can efficiently manage their direct clients.
Develop technical skills in credit insurance.
Understand the factoring and invoice discounting market.
To ensure that client service levels are delivered to a high operational standard.
Assist the client managers with the new business process and annual reviews of direct clients
Liaise with American International Group UK ltd regarding day-to-day client queries and requirements.
Occasionally you may be asked to attend client/claims meetings with client managers and the insurer.

You'll be able to work both as part of the team and under your own initiative where required.
A driving licence would be beneficial but not essential
Willing to undertake professional qualifications and be comfortable taking in new information and retaining it.
