Company Overview: We are recruiting for a leading independent kitchen showroom known for their exceptional service and bespoke kitchen designs. As they expand the business, they are looking for a talented and motivated Experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the showroom, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Assist in dressing and maintaining the showroom to showcase products effectively.
Conduct design briefings with clients, both in the showroom and at their properties.
Qualify, manage, and follow up on new and existing leads to ensure a seamless sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Developers, and Project Managers.
Design and sell bespoke kitchens that align with customer budgets while exceeding their expectations.
Survey properties to identify and address any potential design issues.
Liaise with suppliers and installation teams to oversee project completion and ensure quality standards are met.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen design and sales.
Proven track record of high sales performance.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong administrative and communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of the kitchen and appliance industry.
Personable, flexible attitude with a passion for customer service.
Proficiency in design software, preferably Compusoft Winner.
Existing client base in property development is a significant advantage.
Valid driving license.
