Responsibilities Include:
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact.
Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams to ensure they align with client expectations and objectives.
Project Oversight: Support project management by developing timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating resources to guarantee on-time, successful delivery.
Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to monitor campaign outcomes, providing regular updates to clients while identifying areas for performance enhancements.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on current industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to offer clients strategic insights and actionable guidance.
Account Expansion: Proactively seek opportunities to grow existing accounts, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction with new services and strategies.
Experienced Needed:
Experience within a client services position in an agency setting.
Thorough knowledge of core marketing concepts, expertise in digital marketing strategies, and a strong ability to measure and evaluate campaign performance analytics
Experience communicating and overseeing client briefs
