Business Development Executive Role Overview: In this key position, you'll be responsible for driving new business and building strategic relationships with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals. Your efforts will focus on expanding referral networks and identifying fresh revenue streams.

• Competitive salary of 30k commission, bonus & car allowance
• Based in West Sussex/Surrey - field sales role with travel
• Monday to Friday - no weekends

Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and local businesses
• Identify and implement strategies to generate new business and increase referrals
• Plan and execute community events to promote services
• Work closely with clinical teams to support growth initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date customer databases and ensure effective communication
• Regular travel across Sussex, Surrey, and London for client meetings

We are looking for a proactive individual with:

• Proven experience in business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strategic approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
