Area Sales Manager

Our client is a Global supplier of consumable DIY products, they have a rare but exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join their team!

This role will cover a South West/South Wales territory, applicants should be based within this region

The Role

• Call on trade & wholesale customers
• Call on distributors & end users
• Customers ranging from large trade organisations such as Wickes, Selco & Magnet as well as independent retailers
• Develop new & existing business
• Check stock levels
• Assist in store promotions and merchandising
• Product demonstrations

The Candidate

• 1 years + experience in sales
• This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to work for a direct manufacturer, from a merchants background
• 2 years + experience in selling DIY products
• Full UK Drivers License
• A degree in a relevant subject would be preferable but is not essential

£37,000 per annum - £75,000 realistic OTE + hybrid car + healthcare + pension + 25 days holiday + bank
