Description
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and expanding on growth opportunities for your brand
Managing the full marketing mix and implementing brand plans
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
Leading NPD and innovation for your brand
Engaging with key stakeholders to align on brand objectives.
Working cross-functionally to develop effective retail plans
Line management with 1 direct report
Budget management
Managing 3rd parties
Profile
The successful candidate should have have:
Proven experience in brand management within an FMCG environment.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to be hands on
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
