We are looking for a proactive and experienced Bid & Proposals Manager to join our positive and dynamic surveying team on a contract basis. This maternity cover role will commence in December 2024 to facilitate comprehensive training and onboarding. You will be stepping into a fast-paced and high-volume position essential for my clients project's success.
This is not a senior role, but maybe someone whose 2 years+ into their bid writing career within the surveying sector or similar!
Key Responsibilities:
Writing and submitting bids
Managing incoming bid requests and proposals from start to finish
Coordinating responses to a high volume of client inquiries with precision and efficiency
Ensuring all documentation meets company standards and adheres to the requirements of the surveying industry
Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to clarify brief details and ensure quality submissions
Handling company accreditations
Preparing fee proposals
Attending client meetings and company events
About You:
Experience in bid management within a surveying practice or related industry is highly preferred, as familiarity with technical terminology and industry-specific processes is crucial.
Adaptable and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle concise and sometimes cryptic client briefs.
Organised and efficient, capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
