| Description: | Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting and fast paced agency, who are recruiting for an Associate Account Director. Join a highly successful team and be the lead to the account managers whom you will be strategically supporting and managing. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in Folkestone, Kent. This position is hybrid, requiring either 2/3 days in the office. The role - As Associate Account Director, you will be a true strategist, a brand ambassador, and an effective project manager. You will lead, develop and understand digital strategies for multiple clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department. You will also communicate Search (SEO/PPC/Content) related material to a high level. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients' accounts across multiple industries and have a responsibility for a team of Strategic Account Managers.
