The Role:

We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and dictate where they take their own career, heres how

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries, including automotive, manufacturing, and retail.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to offer tailored packaging solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

About You:

• Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Strong network and knowledge of industries requiring high-volume bespoke transit packaging solutions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into effective sales proposals.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
