Cherry Professional are recruiting for an ambitious, results-driven sales professional with a passion for commercial property (Offices). We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson within Commercial Property to join a thriving team. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of their property sales division helping navigate and securing deals

Key Details:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property buyers
Property Listings & Marketing: Identify new commercial properties for sale or lease, and create compelling listings to attract buyers and tenants
Sales Strategy: Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and the company
Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities to offer expert advice to clients
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing, manage contracts, and oversee all aspects of deal closure
What they are looking for:
Previous experience in commercial property sales
Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to close deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A full UK driving licence
