As a Sales Executive specialising in tube bending and fabrications, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of their business. You will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and re-engaging with lapsed customers to expand our client base and increase revenue. Day to day duties will include the following: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to target new business opportunities. • Utilise various channels including email, phone calls, and networking events to initiate contact with prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials. • Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients. • Identify and reach out to lapsed clients to re-establish business relationships and drive revenue growth. • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management. Experience Required: • Proven track record in sales or business development. • Strong understanding of tube bending processes and fabrication techniques is desired but not essentia; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. • Willingness to travel as needed. |
