What You ll Be Doing:

As the Sales Manager for the Municipal sector, you ll have a vital role in managing and leading your sales team while driving the growth of the business:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals across the UK.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth, while maintaining a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
  • Take responsibility for hiring and developing your sales team to ensure continued success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts within the water utilities sector, focusing on growing existing business and identifying new opportunities.
  • Sell to large national frameworks, with support from an experienced technical and operational team.
  • Manage and oversee large-scale projects and ensure targets are met consistently.


Who We re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the wastewater or water treatment sector and proven success in a leadership and sales role. You ll need:

  • Strong knowledge of wastewater and/or water treatment.
  • Experience selling to water utilities companies and understanding their needs.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team , including hiring and developing staff.
  • A track record of handling large projects and managing complex sales processes.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Based anywhere in the UK, as this is a national role.
