What is Required to Succeed as a Business Development Manager:

• Proven experience in B2B field sales or account management, ideally in payment solutions, EPOS systems, or related fields
• Background in building pipelines and meeting sales targets in customer-focused, relationship-driven roles
• Experience with self-generating leads and building strong rapport with business owners, with confidence to discuss and close deals face-to-face
• Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive, able to manage time efficiently to achieve and exceed targets
• Understanding of small business needs, such as those in retail, hospitality, or services like salons, laundrettes, or independent shops
