Senior Marketing Executive

Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting and growing organisation, within the leisure industry, who are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive. Join a highly successful, independent company and own marketing activity and results. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Hybrid working is available with a requirement of working 3 days a week onsite.

The role - The experienced Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with the wider teams across the business to help plan and execute a 12-month marketing plan and be accountable for the delivery. You will increase brand awareness and generate new leads, via the website, through traditional marketing channels as well as a little digital. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will also work closely with the product and sales teams to to deliver direct marketing to our existing clients through our customer lifecycle plan.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be required to do the following:

• Deliver campaigns to re-engage with existing clients.

• Work with the wider team to ensure our data base is engaged with on a regular basis by segmenting data, tracking trends, and delivering targeted campaigns.

• Champion content on our website and other channels by co-creating and delivering a content plan to include improving existing pages as well as creating new pages/blogs/testimonials or similar material written in an engaging sale focused tone.

• Create brochures and sales collateral to attract new clients and engage with our existing client list.

• Develop a strategy, gather and publish customer reviews on our website and by using platforms such as Google reviews, Feefo or similar.

• Oversee and deliver monthly reports on our enquiry and booking data.

• Organise and project manage any marketing events.

The successful Senior Marketing Executive should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• Creating and delivering a target driven marketing plan

• Be a Brand Ambassador

• Excellent creative writing skills

• Commercial awareness

• Project management skills

• Budget Management

• Analytical skills

• Keen eye for design

• Image selection, re-sizing and uploading

• CMS WordPress/Joomla

The Senior Marketing Executive will be rewarded with a salary of 34-37,000, pro-rata, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
