Our client an award-winning, well-known brand independent Estate Agent, are looking for an organised, self-motivated Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their new office in Harlow.

They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, New Homes, Mortgages and Property Management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in property sales and customer service. You ideally will have experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with the whole of the market. You must be very well spoken, presented and target driven as well as being used to achieving KPI's.
You will need a full UK driving licence, and use of your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator position include:
Basic 18,000 to 20,000
OTE 30,000 to 35,000 OTE
Mon to Fri 9am-6pm working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-4pm (day back when worked) 5 day working week

Must have experience in property sales
Knowledge of the sales process within the property industry

The role of the Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator will entail:
Registering and qualifying potential buyers
Generating and conducting viewings
Canvassing to bring on new properties
Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
Preparing sales brochures
Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
Booking appointments and conducting viewings
