Role Overview

Francesca s Recruitment Ltd. is on the lookout for a talented South Sales Manager & Technical Product Advisor to join our client s team. This hybrid role blends team leadership with hands-on sales and consulting, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and client-facing environments. The successful candidate will manage the Southern sales team and consult directly with Occupational and Physiotherapists, providing professional assessments and promoting a high-quality product line.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
  • Incentives: Company van, bonus scheme, Medicash, pension, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Southern sales team to meet KPIs and business objectives.
  • Build brand presence within targeted postcodes: ME, WL, E, SE, BR, TN, CT, ME, DA, RM, IG, SS, CM, CO, CB, IP.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships focused on achieving KPI targets.
  • Deliver exceptional account management and core administrative support.
  • Conduct product assessments for children and therapists, offering specialized advice.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for the sales team, manage scheduling, performance appraisals, and reporting.
  • Boost engagement by delivering presentations, training sessions, and supporting marketing at key events and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Background in the paediatric medical device sector and demonstrated success in sales.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in field sales, preferably within the healthcare/medical industry.
  • Technical Ability: Ability to perform clinical product assessments.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
