Vision for education are a leading education provider in the UK so we have the support and investment of an education leader to make this a real success! What s the Vision? Being a new team we are at the beginning of our journey in Wales with big expansion plans to grow which brings plenty of progression opportunities and being able to navigate the market as we see fit. As part of working in the new Cardiff office you would be a key pillar and actively involved in the success of the office. While business is important we are looking to grow an inclusive, fun and vibrant office space where everyone performs well, but also really enjoy coming to work! We aim to make our first Wales office a big success where everyone is a high achiever and working towards their own individual and office goals. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant at Vision, our main aim is to work collaboratively to bring schools, teachers and support staff together. We do our best to find educators their perfect role based on their experiences and preferences whilst coordinating and complementing the schools needs. You would have the opportunity to work with primary, secondary and SEN schools across South Wales and would eventually look to split into 3 branches to help further aid that growth. So if you are interested in progression there would definitely be scope for management opportunities down the line.
