About the Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of this luxury house builder, working from Thursday to Monday on-site in Ipswich to engage with potential buyers, build relationships, and guide them through their journey to owning a 5-star home. With an impressive range of projects in the pipeline, you'll have a consistent flow of high-quality leads and opportunities to work on stunning developments designed to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand and offer a seamless, high-quality customer experience for each potential buyer
Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the home-buying process and delivering exceptional service
Drive sales of premium properties and ensure customer satisfaction from first interaction to final handover
Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential and commission
What We Offer:
Competitive Base Salary: 32,000
Realistic On-Target Earnings: Up to 60,000

Requirements:
Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
A proactive attitude, with a drive to meet and exceed targets
