In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the appropriate team or resource.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Build rapport quickly and make excellent first impressions, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood.

Needs Identification: Engage with customers to briefly understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or team for further assistance.

Customer Support: Assist both new and existing customers with their financial and service needs through various channels, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Attention to Detail: Accurately process calls and information, adhering to internal and external rules, procedures, scripts, and regulatory requirements.

Communication: Be an easy and confident communicator with a genuine desire to help customers.

Achievement of Goals: Contribute to the business's objectives by meeting your own KPIs and helping customers get the protection they need.

Proactivity and Organisation: Manage your workload efficiently, staying proactive and organized in your approach.

Team Influence: Positively influence colleagues by demonstrating our core values and behaviors, and be open to receiving feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Knowledge Sharing: Empower others by sharing your skills and knowledge with the team.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £28,000 - plus annual bonus

Location: Bristol Harborside

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 9:45am-7pm, Friday 9:45am-6pm)
NO WEEKEND WORK

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Spend at least two days per week or 40% of your time in our Bristol office. Scheduling will be coordinated with your Line Manager.
