Description: Have you worked in a B2B environment focusing on content creation and lead generation?

This is a small software house with an impressive client base, who have recently received large investment to allow further scale up. You will be joining a welcoming and collaborative environment who will support you through your career development as their new Marketing Assistant.

With your B2B experience, the Marketing Assistant will be used to generating leads into the business and maintaining these on databases and distributing to Sales teams.

You will be comfortable with identifying industry case studies to share on social media platforms, generating email marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally to create value propositions for digital and printed collateral.

About you, the Marketing Assistant -
  • Experience being measured by success from MQL and SQL
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Digital, print and video content creation, exhibition/event bookings
  • Experience using HubSpot (desirable)
  • Exposure working within a sales driven environment
About the role
  • Permanent position
  • The successful candidate will be working from the Bromsgrove based office
  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • Holiday entitlement: 23 days per full year, rising with service up to a maximum of 25 days (+ Bank Holidays)
