Our client are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing paralegal with plot sales experience for our busy residential conveyancing department.

Specific Skills:
Liaising with Estate agents/developers/buyers lawyers
Requesting redemption figures/liaising with lenders to release plots from security
Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract pack
Reporting to clients with contracts to sign
Dealing with buyers lawyer enquiries
Proficient in Excel for weekly reports to developer
