Description: | Job Title: Sales Progressor Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (DOE) Location: Newcastle Under Lyme Type: Full time/ Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday/ 40 hours per week The role As the Sales Progressor you will play a vital role in support customer enquiries that come into the Business through webchats and any email enquiries. You will be confident in managing inbound calls from customers and have the ability to resolve any questions or queries effectively. In addition, you will use a CRM system to upload customer quotations and requirements. The role of the Sales Progressor fast paced and busy one but a role that plays a pivotal role within the sales team. You will be very much a team player with excellent communication skills and thrive in a friendly yet busy environment.
