Description: | POST recruitment are recruiting a Marketplace Manager for the head office of a business with several well known brands in its portfolio. This role places you at the heart of a dynamic team, offering the chance to make a significant impact on a core new sales channel. As a key member of the eCommerce & Marketing team, you will collaborate with Trading, Merchandising, and Buying teams to create and maintain listings, develop campaigns, analyse performance, and ensure stock levels are optimised. Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence on Amazon, ensuring our products reach a wider audience and achieve optimal sales performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, merchandising, and marketing, to create compelling product listings and promotional activities. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximise revenue. Optimise fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing, and coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain adequate stock levels. Plan and execute PPC Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive traffic. Stay informed about Amazon policies, ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and regulations, and regularly report on sales performance with actionable recommendations. A background in eCommerce and/or creating co-branded marketing programmes. Proficiency in creating effective marketplace campaigns. Strong organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, time management, and meeting stretch deadlines. Ability to understand and action data, insights, and information. Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, communicate vision, drive execution, and work within a cross-functional team. | |
